Infants
(Ages 6 weeks- 12 months) 4:1 Ratio
In our infant classroom, caregivers provide nurturing relationships with the children helping them to thrive with their social-emotional development. Babies will also develop physical skills as they learn to move and manipulate toys and other age-appropriate items. They will explore their environment and discover the world around them, establishing a strong foundation for learning.
Teachers and parents work together to create a daily schedule that fits the needs of each individual child. Individual and small-group activities are provided to encourage babies’ cognitive skills as they learn to navigate their world. Our caregivers encourage and support the children as they begin to talk, crawl and walk in a safe environment.
Pre-Toddlers
(13 Months- 24 Months) 4:1 Ratio
We believe in building strong partnerships with our families for optimal care of pre-toddlers. Each unique family has a child with individual and varying temperaments, rates of development and interests. We see young children as curious, motivated learners who are also dependent upon adults for nurturance, support and guidance. They need to be both respected as learners and protected in their vulnerability. At Little Learning Company, we work diligently to keep that delicate balance.
Toddlers
(25 Months- 36 Months) 4:1 Ratio
Our toddler program offers full day childcare for children 2 to 3 years old. Your child is learning to venture out on their own so they are thirsty to experience the world.
It continues what is taught in the pre-toddler program by focusing on “Touch, Sight, and Sound,” but also offers their first introduction into a more structured learning environment, all done through fun activities.

Preschool
(3-4 Year Olds) 10:1 Ratio
Preschool is a time of amazing growth—physical, social-emotional and intellectual. Every time a child asks “why”, explores a new object, interacts with others or tries something for the first time he/she is learning about the environment, people, and concepts that he/she’ll continue to build competence with for the rest of his/her life. Our teachers know and celebrate this in every aspect of our preschool programs. We incorporate the Creative Curriculum to help each individual child prepare for school. We believe children are inherently competent, they learn best through meaningful experiences in a rich environment with peers and knowledgeable adults as guides and collaborators.
Pre-Kindergarten
(4-5 Year Olds) 12:1 Ratio
Our Pre-K Program offers a full day of learning and fun for children 4-5 years old. We know that your child is busy discovering the world. Our Creative Curriculum helps to prepare your child for kindergarten using both structure and free-play.
